In my 10 years with Compton, having worked and lived in 3 different countries, it is great to be back in my home city running our operations from the Vancouver office.

At Compton, we do our best to work with clients that we believe will provide us the opportunity to be professionally challenged.   This type of assignment keeps our problem solving skills sharp and forces us to always remain creative and innovative.

In a competitive industry with many consultants, we believe that while many of us can 'do the job', the question is whether or not there is the chemistry between us (the consultant) and the client. We our proud that last year alone, 82% of our new clients were referred to us.

As an employee-owned company, we believe that while it is important to work with clients where there exists a good fit, it is equally important our employees meet a high level of volunteer requirements. As the shareholders of the company, our employees take pride in being volunteers and donors. By being active members of the community, we are able to understand the needs and difficulties not-for-profits face.

The bottom line is that we love what we do! We put our time and energy into ensuring that our clients reach their goals. We love being professionally challenged, creative and having fun. These components have one common denominator: they will translate to success for your not-for-profit.
